Welcome to HopePoint Christian School
It is a great pleasure to introduce you to HopePoint Christian School. For the last 42 years our school has been partnering with families to deliver high quality and affordable Christian Education in the Georges River area.
When I speak to parents, students, friends and people associated with the school, they all speak about this intangible wonderful feel that HopePoint has. It is not just in the sense of community and closeness, chapel services, quality teaching, kindness that is emphasised, or every teacher knowing the name of every student. It is more broad than that. Our goal is not only to fill minds with information but also to shape hearts.
We are unique in that we are one of only a small number of Christian schools in Sydney that is K-6. Being exclusively primary has many advantages. It allows us to focus our attention on doing primary schooling very well. We make sure our teachers are up to date with the latest research that is so pivotal in the early years, giving our children a firm foundation for life and eternity. At the end of Year 6, our students are ready for high school and all the challenges that lie ahead.
I know that choosing a school for your child is one of the biggest decisions you will make. Our school has been called to support, nurture, teach and inspire your children to be all that God has created and called them to be.
The next five years are exciting ones for our school as we seek to upgrade our facilities and continue to deliver quality teaching and learning in a nurturing Christian environment. It would be a pleasure to have you on the journey with us.
