Enrolling at HPCS

To make an initial enquiry, please visit our Enrolment Enquiry page to fill out our initial enquiry form.

For all 2026 Kindergarten enquiries, please contact our Registrar at (02) 9726 5106.

Step 1 - Initial Enquiry & Tour

Families are invited to book a tour to visit our school. This is the first step in our enrolment process.

Step 2 - Submit Online Application

Applications for current and future years are open and welcomed. This is a secure, online form.

Step 3 - Interivew

Families will be invited to attend an interview with the Principal. This interview will be an opportunity to ask questions and learn more.

Step 4 - Offer

Families will be notified in person or in writing about the outcome. If offered a place, families will be notified in person and will receive a Letter of Offer with details on confirmation fees and how to secure your place.

Useful Information

Do I have to be Christian to attend HPCS?

No, we have families from a range of different backgrounds. However, you do have to be supportive of the school’s vision and mission; understanding that all teaching and learning comes from a Christian worldview.

How long does the application process take?

Once we have received the application form we will be in contact with you to discuss an interview and then a place will be offered to you depending on availability. It should take around two weeks.

How early do I have to put my application form in for Kindergarten?

We take enrolments from two years before the year of entry. There are limited places, so please get your application form in as quickly as possible. Applications are open for 2027. Please see below for 2026 information.

Are you still accepting applications for Kindergarten 2026?

We are currently accepting applications for our Kindergarten 2026 waitpool.

To join the waitpool, please complete an enquiry form, and a member of our team will be in touch with you soon.

Do you have places in all year groups?

We have places in some year groups. However, some year groups are completely full. Please complete an enquiry form and we’ll be in contact with you to discuss the options.
