Starting Kindergarten in 2026
We are so glad your have choosen to enrol your child into Kindergarten at HPCS. Below you will find practical information on how to commence your schooling journey at HPCS.
Orientation Dates and Times
- Tuesday 21 October 2025
- 9:30am – 11:00am
- Morning tea included for all parents
- Friday 31 October 2025
- 9:00am – 11:00am
- Parents are invited to join our chapel service
Uniforms
Visiting the Uniform Shop is by appointment only. To book an appointment, please click here.
Please report to the school reception and one of our staff members will escort you to the shop.
The uniform shop will be open on the following dates:
- Monday – Friday 24 November – 28 December 2025
- Monday – Friday 1 December – 5 December 2025
- Wednesday – Friday 10 Dec – 12 Dec 2025

Numeracy and Literacy Appointments
N&L appointments will take place on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and Wednesday 28 January 2026.
Each appointment will take about 30 min, your child only needs to attend one appointment over the two days.
Sign up for this will take place at the Tuesday Orientation Morning.
Before and after school care
Extend provides our school community with Outside School Hours Care. It offers children a chance to learn and play in a fun and supportive environment.
Opening Hours:
OSHC operates regularly from 7:00am to 8:45am and 3:15pm to 6:00pm each weekday.
Enrolment:
Each student attending the OSHC program needs to be enrolled.

School drop off and pick up
- Drop off in the morning from 08:30 am. Use the kiss and drop gate located on Ashcroft street , or through the main car park.
- If you use the car park please walk your child to the school premises.
- School pick up is at 15:15, we encourage parents to use the kiss and drop gates.
